Our annual invitation to join our Investors Inner Circle has just opened for 2024.

I am an Architect Developer and founded AETHER to make and own my designs and then rent then for at least 15 years.

​

As an Architect Developer and Main Contractor, a lot of the normal project costs are borne by us in-house. 

​

We will also utilise a mix of seller financing and investors for the initial purchase, and pre-build outlays. We use construction finance for the build stage of making our building.

​

Once the building is complete we take out a commercial mortgage, this pays off our investors and construction lending.

We leave teh majority of our own investment in the project long term , mostly it is never taken out. 

Profits can then be rolled into our next project.

WE WILL ONLY MAKE ONE BUILDING PER YEAR.

This means we have very limited capacity for investors, as we deliberately only make one building per year. So when investor offerings are fully subscribed it shall be another year before this offering becomes available again.
